Chris Froome was contented with his team mates and rivals winning despite not rounding up the Australian trip with any personals for himself.
In the Herald Sun Tourheld on Sunday, the three-time Tour de France champion finished in sixth position overall, thus ending his Australian trip with no personal wins.
One year back, Froome changed his racing program, the first time he has done so since he became a champion at the Tour de France. This thus saw him start the season in Australia
On the brief visit, he showcased a dominant performance at the Arthurs seat as he went on to claim the Herald Sun Tour title.
He has also competed this year at the inaugural Race in Melbourne as well as the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Race.
Throughout the event, he showcased a prominent display, but the success went to other members of the Team Sky this time around
